A Head Pelican tipster just informed ALTR that Michael Kors was seen shopping at a local artist's studio in the French Quarter about an hour ago. But apparently, that's not very out of the ordinary.

ALTR doesn't like Rudy Giuliani - but might be slightly obsessed with this facebook scandal involving Caroline G. Poor girl, people at Wonkette are dogging her for being a hag. That, along with the underage drinking, is one thing this long-time hag can certainly apppreciate.
