What is with the whack jobs from Louisiana? Looks like some guy threatened to kill the Finance Minister of Canada because of some new tax laws. Because Lloyd Dewitt Tiller, Jr. lost some clients. And allegedly $6 million. But seriously, sending threatening e-mails to a public official in this day and age? Pull your head out of your ass, buddy.
In the first e-mail, sent on Nov. 13, he threatened to hurt Mr. Flaherty.
In the second, sent Jan. 18, he “threatened to injure both Mr. Flaherty and members of his family,” the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, Donald Washington, wrote in a statement.
Tiller was indicted on August 2 and faces arraignment on August 29.
